The second day was the worst day of the entire camp in my opinion. We made alot of mistakes and paid the price for it.
Day Two - Part One
The day started at 5am. We had 1hr to come up with a lesson plan for drills and campcraft later. We did everything according to the Lesson Plan lecutre given yesterday and managed to complete it. Morning PT was conducted by our PTI. As usual, it was breakfast, the food was good, the milo too. We had to change to our Full U and tidy our bunks for bunk inspection. Isaac came to our camp around that time too. Unfortunately, he forgot to bring his belt and was unable to change to his full u. And in the discussion of how to solve the problem let us to think that there would be no bunk inspection. We proceeded to the next activity only to know that there was indeed a bunk inspection.
The CI who was suppose to check our bunks was fuming mad, he was extremely angry. We couldn't give him a valid explanation. In the end, we had to settle this after all the activities of day two had ended. Our lesson plans were also screwed up. Most of us had to teach without a lesson plan. Then after lunch, came the part which totally took me by surprise because it wasn't suppose to be on the camp schedule. First, we had to think of a way to hit the big square board at the basketball court. Obviously it was impossible for me. I had to combine two small dowel poles and tie a knot using my shirt to do it. We also had to do a caterpillar push-up. This was not easy because it involves coordination and teamwork. We did our utmost, but still couldn't complete it. We promised to complete one before the camp ends.
