Just wanna share a song that I'm listening to right now. I find that this song is simple and sweet.
Well you done done me and you bet I felt it I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted I fell right through the cracks and now I'm trying to get back Before the cool done run out I'll be giving it my bestest Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention I reckon its again my turn to win some or learn some
I won't hesitate no more, no more It cannot wait, I'm yours
Well open up your mind and see like me Open up your plans and damn you're free Look into your heart and you'll find love love love Listen to the music of the moment maybe sing with me Ah, la peaceful melodys It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love love
So I won't hesitate no more, no more It cannot wait I'm sure There's no need to complicate Our time is short This is our fate, I'm yours
I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer But my breath fogged up the glass And so I drew a new face and laughed I guess what I'm saying is there ain't no better reason To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons It's what we aim to do Our name is our virtue
I won't hesitate no more, no more It cannot wait I'm sure There's no need to complicate Our time is short This is our fate, I'm yours
Well no no, well open up your mind and see like me Open up your plans and damn you're free Look into your heart and you'll find love love love love Listen to the music of the moment come and dance with me ah, la one big family ([2nd time:] ah, la happy family) It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love love love
I won't hesitate no more Oh no more no more no more It's your God-forsaken right to be loved, I'm sure Theres no need to complicate Our time is short This is our fate, I'm yours
No I won't hesitate no more, no more This cannot wait I'm sure There's no need to complicate Our time is short This is our fate, I'm yours, I'm yours

It's September 11 today. Today marks the 7th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in America. What gives me the creeps was the consipracy theory of 9/11. Perhaps, the planes were not the ones that brought down the WTC? The videos below tell it all.

Came back early today, too tired to stay back for the extra lessons. Anyway, since the examinations are coming and there is bound to be stress, I surfed the net for any websites on good stress management tips. That is, the proper way of relieving stress. Personally, I think most of these tips are true because I've tried them before. Now, what I wanna do is to try the other tips to see if it works, variety is good sometimes. It's always better to have more ways of relieving stress then just the same old few.(:
I've added my comments below, feel free to share your stress relieving tips on my tagboard!
1. Power Naps Students, with their packed schedules, are notorious for missing sleep. Unfortunately, operating in a sleep-deprived state puts you at a distinct disadvantage. You’re less productive, you may find it more difficult to learn, and you may even be a hazard behind the wheel! Learn more about the effects of sleep deprivation and the value of the power nap; for busy students, it’s a must!
Comments: Well, this definitely works, sleep is the most important thing for a student. Insufficient sleep does not only affect your performance in school but also your mood, and health.
2. Visualizations This one is easy, effective, and can help you to do better in school. Visualizations can help you calm down, detach from what’s stressing you, and turn off your body’s stress response. You can also use visualizations to prepare for presentations, to stress less and score higher on tests by vividly seeing yourself performing just as you’d like to.
Comments: This is one of the more rarely used ways of relieving stress for me. What this does is to put your mind into a relaxed state so as to relieve stress and to put aside your worries. Then, you envision yourself in any relaxing environment that you can imagine.
3. Exercise One of the healthiest ways to blow off steam is to get a regular exercise program going. Students can work exercise easily into their schedules by doing yoga in the morning, walking or biking to campus, or reviewing for tests with a friend while walking on a treadmill at the gym. Starting now and keeping a regular exercise practice throughout your lifetime can help you live longer and enjoy your life more.
Comments: This if one of the best solutions for relieving stress. It can be as simple as doing exercises everyday or even playing basketball with your friends!
4. Breathing Exercise When your body is experiencing a stress response, you’re often not thinking as clearly as you could be. A quick way to calm down is to practice breathing exercises. These can be done virtually anywhere to relieve stress in minutes, and are especially effective for reducing anxiety before or even during tests, as well as during other times when stress feels overwhelming.
Comments: An effective and quick way to calm yourself down. In addition, it can be done anywhere, at anytime.
5. PMR Another great stress reliever that can be used during tests as well as before bed (to prepare for sleep), or at other times when stress has you physically ‘wound up’, is something called Progressive Muscle Relaxation, or PMR. This technique involves tensing and relaxing all muscles until the body is completely relaxed. With practice, you can learn to release stress from your body in seconds.
Comments: I've never tried this before, it seems like it'll work. o_O
6. Music A convenient stress reliever that has also shown many cognitive benefits, music can help you to relieve stress and either calm yourself down or stimulate your mind as your situation warrants. Students can harness the benefits of music by playing classical music while studying, playing upbeat music to ‘wake up’ mentally, or relaxing with the help of their favorite slow melodies.
Comments: I totally agree with this! I can't live a day without music, it'll take away your stress in just a few minutes. Try listening to songs that you like, it will probably help more.
7. Staying Organized It’s a fact that clutter causes stress, and can decrease productivity and even cost you money! Many students live in a cluttered place and even have cluttered study areas, and this can have negative effects on grades. One way to reduce the amount of stress that you experience as a student is to keep a minimalist, soothing study area that’s free of distractions and clutter. It’s worth the effort!
Comments: This is true, it's only when you have the space and a peaceful environment, that you'll be able to study well.
8. Eat Right You may not realize it, but your diet can either boost your brain power or sap you of mental energy! While a healthy diet isn’t generally thought of as a stress management technique or a study aid, it can actually function as both! Read more on the consequences of a poor diet, and learn how to relieve stress with a healthy diet. It takes virtually no extra time, and can keep you from experiencing diet-related mood swings, light-headedness and more.
Comments: I didn't know that a healthy diet can help you relieve stress. =/
9. Self Hypnosis Students often find themselves ‘getting very sleepy’ (like when they pull all-nighters), but—all kidding aside—self hypnosis can be an effective stress management tool and a power productivity tool as well. With it, you can help yourself release tension from your body and stress from your mind, and plant the seeds of success in your subconscious mind with the power of autosuggestion. Learn how to use self hypnosis for stress management now.
Comments: This is similar to 'Visualizations'.
10. Positive Thinking and Affirmations Did you know that optimists actually experience better circumstances, in part, because their way of thinking helps to create better circumstances in their lives? It’s true! The habit of optimism and positive thinking can bring better health, better relationships, and, yes, better grades.
Comments: I can see this in someone. (: (*hints*)

School re-opens today hah, things were as usual, lessons, chit-chattings and scoldings. The only thing that changed was the timetable. SA2 is just about 2 weeks from now. I'm trying to revise as much as I can and attend all remedial classes that the teachers have prepared. It's not compulsory but I still wanna attend. Well, off to homework!
Saturday, September 6 @ 4:05 PM
A disappointing day, we lost the Area Shield Challenge. I got to admit than I'm upset but it was a great fight. The worst thing is that we weren't even in first, second, third or fourth place. I felt that everyone gave it their all and we were the champions last year. Anyway, great work by all the participants! I guess we've to look forward to next year! I'm sorry
P.S Cute monkey!

Area 5 Challenge Shield is tomorrow, have to report in school at 7:15am. I guess I'll have another long day ><
Wednesday, September 3 @ 7:15 PM
Today was quite a boring day, the PK course lasted about 8 long hours with lunch and breaks in between. It was lecture, lecture and lecture. I did note down the important points of the lectures so that I can prepare for the test tomorrow. Well, I must still be present tomorrow for the HFS course. I'm very tired and I haven't had the time to revise, oh what am I gonna do?
Monday, September 1 @ 3:28 PM
Just came back from school. Chemistry remedial was ok. We did two practice papers from the NA stream. It wasn't too difficult. Not because of the fact that we were from Express, but because the paper requires alot of memory work. Like the solubility table and the methods for salt preparation. After the 2 hour lesson, I had to stay back to finish up my motorcar with 3 of my other friends. We had the whole workshop to ourselves, haha it was fun ^^ After this, I need to go to Kovan with my mum to buy some groceries, oh what a long day =/
I'm someone who is shy, especially towards girls because all my life I've been studying in a all boys school. I only have a brother and almost all of my cousins are guys too, so I can't help it (: However, I really open up when I know my friends well enough, we'll do things together, have fun together and maybe even study together? haha
