Disclaimer - I took a whole lot of pictures, therefore I put up the links instead of the images itself so that the page will load quickly.

Day One - May 24th

Woke up at around 9am that day. After eating breakfast and preparing all the necessary items, we took a taxi to the budget terminal. Our flight was at 12:50pm. We took Tiger Airways there, the seats were abit squeezy but what can you expect from a budget airline? The flight took about 1hr 30mins. I slept throughout the flight. Reached Ho Chin Minh City at around 2pm+ local time. The local time was one hour slower than Singapore's time. We took a taxi to my Dad's apartment. He worked in HCMC for the past 5 months here so he knew alittle Vietnamese. I took these pictures with my 2.0 megapixel phone. Note that some pictures may be abit blurry, you cant blame me =D

After that, we took a taxi and went out to have our lunch even though its around 4pm by then.

Lunch was done. We walked around to see some clothes and other stuffs those shop owners were selling.

We had to cross the road, the thing is there were many motorcycles and if you don't cross, you will never cross because these motorcycles won't stop for you. What you have to do is slowly cross the road, bit by bit. To add on, the traffic was continuous.

We went back to the apartment. By then it was dark already.

My Dad brought us to a nightclub. There were many singers there performing. There was even a comedian. Even though I didn't know what they were saying, I enjoyed the experience.

Day Two - May 25th

Woke up at 7am local time. My Dad booked a 2 day tour with a travel angency known as TNK. We had to be there by 8am.

This is how coffee is served in Vietnam. From what I know, the coffee powder will be on top. It will slowly drip to form the coffee below.

The journey from HCMC to Mekong Delta which was the place we were going took about 4 to 5 hours by bus. We had a break in between.

Day Three - May 26th

Woke up at our new hotel. Had breakfast and boarded the bus to the fruiting market. The market had lots of fruits for sale. From pineapples to rambutans, everything can be found there. There was a bridge nearby where many vehicles were moving.
